My latter years of working as a Radiographer I worked and gave cookery lessons to friends in my spare time at home in my kitchen. Waterfront came along, I was then ready to make the change. Those were wonderful years of my life, and although catering is a hard business to be in, it certainly put my name on the map in the area. I was trained by Dr Brauer those years, worked for him as one of his top Radiographers in those years for 15 years.He passed away, then I changed over to my passion of being in the food industry.
