Owner of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate - founded in 2008.38 years of commercial real estate brokerage. I founded and operated a successful commercial real estate firm for 22 years. I sold the business in 2007 and chose not to work with the new owner. My r.e. license was nived to Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, where I can give my clients the same service that I have for many years, working on exclusive representation basis with Buyers, Lessees, Sellers and Lessors. In 2020, I sold a solar farm for $1,950,000, office buildings, an office building to be converted back to residential, a medical condo for $90,000, a 2 family for $495,000 and helped the Seller do a 1031 exchange, an auto sales site, a 5,600 s.f. restaurant lease with option to purchase and a 100,000 s.f. School that closed in December for $2.6M, a Natick MA 26,000 s.f. office building for $2.75M and lots of commercial leasing. Interesting year. 2021 is a year of selling certain properties over asking price, new marketing platforms and using my 38 years of marketing expertise for each assignment. 2023/2024 - My most recent sales/leases- 2 Rt. 9 Framingham restaurants, an industrial 3.8 acre parcel with a 10,400 s.f. bldg - $2.85M, an Ashland 7,500 s.f. office building - $1.05M, leased Rt. 9 restaurant to Framingham House of Pho ( now open ).Exclusive Representation Assignments - Large Church or Land to Build - Framingham or Ashland. 2,000 - 2.500 s.f. medical tenant Framingham or Naticl.Fundraising for non-profits is a passion. Co -Chair 2014 Walk & Rally FundraiserVoices Against Violence Jan 2014 - PresentFramingham Downtown CommonOctober 18, 2014 was the annual Walk-a-Thon Fundraiser for Voices Against Violence, a non-profitwho helps and shelters victims of domestic violence. We exceeded our goal and over $35,000 was raised with approx. 300 walkers. Every year this event has grown and now includes students from Framingham High Football & Volleyball teams.
