Client populations include or have included unionized and non-unionized environments such as CBS Sports/Sports Network, Corporate Technology and Information Security division, CBS Television Network and CBS Studios with over 18 east coast productions (Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Rachael Ray, Blue Bloods, Bull, MacGyver, NCIS NOLA, Madam Secretary, Dynasty, The Good Fight, Instinct, Inside Edition, etc) Serve as trusted advisor to CTO, CIO, CISO, Divisional Presidents and senior leaders on employee relations, management development, and recruitment and retention issues. Lead employee investigations and employee performance plans that delivered solutions, diagnosed outcomes and delivered results. Coach senior business leaders to increase their effectiveness to lead teams, manage change, establish goals and work through periods of transition. Direct team of 3 human resource and talent acquisition professionals that promote operational excellence and organizational effectiveness through solid business acumen and sound HR principles Manage and oversee external managed service provider that supports staff augmentation needs. Create and lead Women in Tech subcommittee of CBS Women’s Networking employee resource group, providing professional and personal growth/empowerment. Plan and execute human resources integration merging Television Distribution, Publishing and Radio technology teams and CNet acquisition into CBS Corporate IT. Design and implement new performance management processes including a programmatic mid-year goals evaluation, manager 180° review and holistic 360° review. Develop career development program, identify core skills development program, defined career paths by role, and created role-aligned training curricula.
