Marlene Olivier is the regional director of Gauteng and is also responsible for national sales and business development in the business sector. Marlene’s career started in 1990 at Telkom in the admin office of the PABX department. In 1994 she was elected to join the team at the new Client Front Office and completed a number of client care courses. In 1996 she jointed her husband when they started CTS, selling and maintaining PABX systems. During this time Marlene realized that quick and quality service is a key factor when providing a service to clients. CTS has since merged with Premitel and is a subsidiary of the Mobifin group. Marlene started off as relationship manager and sales assistant at Premitel. The knowledge and experience gained in the telecommunication client care industry enables her to create a solution that will benefit both the client and Premitel. Marlene also completed a diploma course in Narrative Counseling. After hours she provides relationship & trauma counseling.
