Currently working on the coordination of the development of Onboarding training manuals for the South Peel water treatment facilities.Coordinated and developed the template for OCWA's team of experts in the development of OCWA's Standard Practices for Water: participated in the completion of 24 water standards.Active participant of the response team for the successful renewal of OCWA’s largest operating facilities. Part of the development team who wrote and produced the work management system manual for operations.Part of the original team to roll-out OCWA's Outpost SCADA system.Coordinated the activities of the value-add team traveling throughout the province to highlight OCWA's OCWAware tool systems (SCADA, work management system, asset management, and environmental management system).Coordinated and participated in the technical remediation response for the Town of Walkerton's water and wastewater facilities: assisted in the development of the maintenance plan and sampling program; development of the operations and maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures including the flushing and disinfection program; provided daily updates to OCWA's executive membership; assisted in the developed the submission presentation for the Walkerton Inquiry.Part of OCWA's various optimization teams: completed over 100 optimization reviews, feasibility studies and studies of water and wastewater treatment facilities throughout the province which has resulted in substantial operational efficiencies and savings.Developed a standard template for recording and sign-offs of plant assets.Logistics management for the remediation efforts of the Kashechewan First Nations flooding, working with Emergency Measure Ontario, along with federal and provincial government bodies.Worked with OCWA's executive branch to develop the Value for Money presentation for the Province of Ontario.Part of the optimization team who wrote and implemented Ontario's first automated flushing system for rural school systems.
