Assisting clients with their Malta residence requirements - residence tax status, permits and card applications, opening of bank accounts, meeting and communicating with real estate agents regarding property rentals, renewal of lease agreements, mail redirection from (rented) premises to office, processing client documentation and relative correspondence, annual declaration for - permit renewal, preparation & submission of income tax return form, payment of provisional taxes, correspondence with various parties not related to the initial application procedure, payment of utility bills (payments-services), assisting in hiring cleaning services, home caretakers, booking hotels, arranging transport (taxi services), dealing with all local authorities, introduction to insurance healthcare providers, assistance with the application to obtain a new Maltese drivers license and further ancillary services.
