My name is Marlene šI have been in the health, wellness and fitness industry for over 20 years. I started off as a personal trainer through CPTN and continued my journey in different disciplines: Yoga, Pilates , Buti Yoga, YogaHIit , YogaSculpt , PoundFit Pro , Barre and more....I have been a certified registered Reflexologist for 17 years. Fitwithin was established in 2005. Incorporating services like reflexology, personal wellness, yoga and fitness group classes. 15 years teaching group yoga , pilates + fitness based classes. Previous Owner of a hot yoga and fitness studio for almost 5 years. Closed due to COVID-19 in June of 2020. I have been teaching virtual yoga and fitness classes since March of 2020. I am Currently offering in person yoga and fitness classes and video on demand through our wellness living booking system.I am currently teaching in person classes in temporary locations and hope to reopen a hot yoga studio in the near future. I would love to find a location or work with another business with the same passion to offer these services.
