MC2 also has extensive experience in residential, office and boutique design. Creative focus on sales and decor centres, model suites, common elements and interior selections for condominium developments, residential projects and hospitality interiors.Marlene started in 1990 in south western Ontario region working on hundreds of home renovations, new builds and small boutique businesses.In 2000 formed Card and Company a construction company focused on residential, medical office and government facility renovation. Marlene has worked in collaboration with a prominent landmark award winning high-rise developer / builder Davies Smith Developments.Currently excited to be working with several condo developments in the Ontario, Canada region.
