My career bridges the fields of healthcare, data science and artificial intelligence, driven by a passion for data-driven solutions to improve patient outcomes. My PhD research combines biology and computer vision, utilising deep learning to detect early pathological changes in eye diseases, enabling timely interventions and advancing patient care.Originally a dentist, my transition to AI and data science has deepened my understanding of the critical role that interdisciplinary collaboration plays in healthcare innovation. I am committed to the advancement of healthcare through data-driven research, by leveraging AI to drive innovative solutions that improve patient care.I work across the entire AI spectrum, from machine learning, large language models , computer vision techniques, including multimodal systems.
