Current• Induction to all new personnel, service providers and sub-contractors.• Co-ordinating sub-contractors with regards to all HSE requirements.• HSE training such as risk assessment & WSWP training.• Co-ordination of all external HSE training.• Compilation, maintenance and updating of MRG Alexander Forbes HSE requirements system.• Compilation, maintenance and updating of the ISO 14001 Management system.• Compilation, maintenance and updating of the OHSAS 18001 Management system.• Legal compliance with respect to all applicable legal and other requirements to which the company subscribes. All of the above includes but is not limited to the following:-Compilation and monitoring of all legal appointments-Compilation and monitoring of all system procedures-Toolbox talks-Inspections-Legal registers-Risk assessments-Impact and aspect registers-Targets and objectives-HSE committee meetings-Performance monitoring and measurement-Emergency awareness and control-Documentation control-Record documentation control-Incident investigation-Co-ordination of HSE reps-Medical surveillance• Annual legal MRG, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Audits• Annual HSE legal compliance audit• Annual Environmental legal compliance audit• Annual systems audit of the HSE system• Bi-annual internal HSE system audits• Compilation of all HSE statistics on a weekly basis (inclusive of sites)• Compilation of all HSE statistics on a monthly basis (inclusive of sites)• Compilation of all HSE statistics on an annual basis (inclusive of sites)• Incident tracking of all AJT sites• Root cause analysis of all AJT sites• Assistance to all sites as a support structure on all HSE related aspects• Follow-up audits on all AJT sites• Tender requirements on all HSE related aspects• Any and all other HSE related aspects which arise through constant operations
