Provide space planning, project management, installation - the point of contact from beginning to final sign off. Responsible on every assigned project to see that proper and effective communications and coordination are achieved between all appropriate parties involved with the project to assure all projects are installed within budget, on schedule.Ultimately responsible with the salesperson for the success or failure of assigned projects and overall customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Facilitate project meeting with all pertinent parties.Establish client wants/needs.Do pre-install site visit to assure site is progressing on schedule.Meet with client to review installation quote, layouts and procedures. Outline work plan and to coordinate installation and scope of project.Finalize layouts and provide quote for final review and approval.Coordinate with Sales Assistant for the requested dates/times of product arrival.Plan all activities to ensure targeted move-in date is met.Communicate with all internal customers in a collaborative manner to facilitate your needs and theirs in order to efficiently complete all tasks.Closely reviews and interprets all plans, specifications and schedules for each project's scope of work in conjunction with the sales person, sales assistant, installation and design.Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Changes and revisions must be documented and reported on order & copied to appropriate parties.Coordinates with clients/vendors/contractors/etc as needed to building access, truck deliveries, project schedule, status, etc.Monitors progress of each project to do everything possible to avoid delays, cost overruns and margin deterioration.Conducts and coordinates with installers client punch lists.Prepares and submits proper close-out documents to appropriate parties.Upon completion of project, ensures account is passed on to Regional Sales Representative.

Work in coordination with VP of Project Solutions/VP of Territory and Sales Rep to design and create new learning environments. Attend meetings, prepare CAD drawings and supervise all aspects of logistics and installation for clients.
