Over the 16 years in current job I have been involved in many Product developments and functionalizing of various operations. •Task Manager workflow conversion - convert a system held on a 2003 access database to tm workflow.•Citi Street GENERIC loan availability – Effective 1/1/2002 Regulation 72p required defaulted loans to be included in loan availability. I worked with an IT team to develop the requirements for extract/OMNIPLUS setup/Admin- station rules changes in order for all clients to utilize one generic program instead of hundreds of custom programs.•EGTRA Catch-up roll-out – I worked with an IT team to roll out about 75 clients interested in the age 50 catch-up elections to their front end, payroll in-bound and feedback. This included the development of the product and documentation of the year end re-characterization programs needed. •Share Accounting module – key player creating the model for a 4x a day real-time share accounted client. Responsible for Functional Documentation of the various modules; omniplus backend requirements, posting sequence order and trading interfaces, EARS reporting, and admin station changes. •SIP Enterprise for conversions – New software used to develop programs for conversions to replace the Data Express product. This includes developing the DC and DB models for Braintree and Jacksonville office and helping Windsor develop their own version of the product. Created in-house training program.•Conversions and Deconversions – Developed technical documentation and checklists to use for both incoming clients and exiting clients. This includes streamlining the current process to shorten, document and develop a consistent processes for all projects.•How to/Procedures – maintain a library of many procedures for specialized tasks within IS and documentation of calculators, reports and omniscripts to re-use.
