Returned to the Implementation team August 2014 after 2 years in IT right back to my position managing new client conversions and mergers and aquisitions into existing clients. My real passion is converting new clients onto our recordkeeping systems Omniplus many times in a very short window of time. I have over 30 years in the recorkkeeping field of which 20 of them are implementing new clients. Our business is expanding as we have fully rebranded to Voya Financial and went IPO in May 2013 from ING and returning to the Implementation team was ideal.

•Centralized the conversion process for programming, specifications, mapping, verification/qc, and Final conversion results to our clients. I serve as the senior lead for all mergers and new business at ING. Have been involved in hundreds of conversion projects.•In last year centralized deconversions for exiting clients by developing tools and checklists to stream line this process from a system shut-down standpoint as well as participant and asset transition.•Crisis Management Chair (CMO) -Leader to the CMO committee members for gathering and decisions making for all Crisis/weather emergencies in the Braintree location. Hold quarterly meetings, update BCP application, perform and document Level I, I or II testing annually.•Security officer for Implementation – monthly desk check and documentation to senior management.•Fund Express Manager–Responsible for Fund Express projects, meaning quick turnaround for clients that fit into the model.Prior to Centralizing Conversions:* Project Manager for Implementation projects. For new clients to include Conversion, Communications, and payroll in and out, omni set-up, front end set-up VRU and call center training. Worked on a variety of client enhancement projects such as fund/source add, payroll changes, withdrawal/loan add/modify projects, any many other plan modifications.

•Conversion Manager - centralization of conversions and plan set-up. Focus of job was omniplan setup based on plan provisions. Responsible for mapping , converting the data onto omniplan, and verifying any bad or missing data, reconciliation of assets to records and producing a final client package.•Project Manager Implementation - manage entire process of all new clients to include: Communications, payroll, conversion, VRU and call center training.
