After graduation high school Marlene Lewis-Falcone went to college to study law. While in college Marlene started working in the hospitality profession at the Sheraton Hotel in New Carrollton, Maryland as a sales coordinator, and worked her way up the chain ladder eventual landing a Conference Services Manager position at the Madison Hotel in Washington, DC. While in college full-time I needed a job to help my husband pay the bills. And at that time it was easy to get into the hospitality industry. I held onto this job until I graduated. Not knowing that after college I would still be in the same job industry for 10 years after graduating.I finally decided that it was time to go and work in the field I went to school for. So I landed a job at Seyfarth Shaw, where I worked there for 8 years. I was just getting fustrated about work for others. I wanted to start my own business, but did not know a clue about how to start one.I did a lot of research and the it paid off. I started my business in "2004". I have the experience of 20 years in this business.I have accomplished a couple of my goals. Now I am working on my biggest goal, and this to own my own full service banquet hall. I wrote goals and I see the visions. I have been praying and fasting, and God has been showing things that some have all ready come to past. The word God says you right down the vision and make it plain. God will bring it to pass.
