• Strong comprehension of US labor law.• Conduct new employee benefit orientation; provide benefits overview and discuss different plans and rates during open enrollment.• Manage recruitment process from beginning to end, this includes job posting, resume review, applicant screening, interview, job offer and onboarding.• Ability to identify and apply systems solutions to business problems.• Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.• I’m able to model the values of the organization, build trust among the employees and staff, work collaboratively and exercise discretion.• Conduct employee relation investigation including harassment, performance, conduct, etc. as necessary.• Knowledge of legal requirements and reporting regulations such as OSHA, Health,Workman’s Compensation, EEOC, DOL, FMLA, ADA and FLSA.• Partner with managers in conducting investigation including instructing managers of best practices for documenting and discussing performance with employee.• Report to the Chief Executive Officer on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labor, legislative and other human resources issues.• Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns• Managed external employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary staffing agencies.• Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.• Implemented organizational development programs; such as employee orientation and training programs; benefits plans, policies and guidelines; equal opportunity employment programs; and employee records and documentation policies.• Experienced in dealing with acquiring property leases, licenses and compliance certifications for employees. • Bilingual
