Role Description:  Develop Business plan for new business – bulk Oxygen supply Create sustainable and environmentally friendly footprint Sales & Marketing – Introduce new company to the market. Import bulk Oxygen tanks and export and refill empty tanks. Manage Oxygen filling station  Set up entire accounting system on Pastel. Implement Risk, Safety and HACCAP plan (HACCAP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

Role Description:  Compliance audits of all existing policies, procedures and processes. Identify gaps in existing policies, procedures and processes. Compile and implement a complete set of Policies and Procedures where gaps was identified. Risk management. IT management of entire network land-base and sea-base. Quality checks on landed fish and processed fish with the Quality management team. Financial, HR & Clinic audits. Attend ALL HR Hearings, interviews as Company Representative.

Role Description:  Manage Fleet (7 trawler vessels) Costing. Create projects for maintenance cost and manage costs for each project. Manage per trip Costing and budget eg: food for crew, PPE, fishing gear, maintenance, ice for factory. Yearly budget forecast and analysis vs prior year. Monitor and report on all 7 vessels engine hours and service costs. Oversee crew food/ration budgets and supply. Monthly feedback to Board of Directors on all expenses as well as budget discrepancies. Manage shore crew with Fleet manager

Role Description:  Run a payroll of 1400 employees. Manage 2 Payroll clerks. Ensure accurate processing and payment. Do entire financials for payroll up to trail balance. Manage 3rd party payments of Pension fund, medical aid, Social Security ect. General HR duties and assist HR Manager where needed.
