I am responsible for the 13 Production Coordinators and shipping departments in the Interfor Southern Mills. Main responsibilities are accurate forecasting of the production schedule, scheduling the order file for transportation, and managing/tracking finished goods inventory.

Building and implementing all operation training requirements.

Identify, build, implement, and train competency based operational training programs for each operation position with the mill environment. Training includes safety, quality, environmental and is task specific.
