Managed and coordinated the compliance process for both CHAP Accreditation and State License for Colorado. Developed process, materials and metrics to help each manager bring compliance within their department. Worked with both clinical and administrators to complete the Accreditation Renewal process State survey success.

Helped drive the company’s culture and chart the change management strategy. Abolished silos and strengthened internal relationships to increase revenue, efficiency, and productivity. Scaled and optimized operations to grow clients from 800 to 1,000+ and employees from 225 to 275. Enabled consistent, quality handling of 7,800 referrals and 160,000 visits to clients annually. Produced new tools including the Optimal App that served as a knowledge base for field staff. Created new processes for the billing of Medicare and insurance companies, for performance accountability, and for clinical review and coding that increased revenue and clinical outcomes. Demonstrated commitment and respect to all employees.

Created Optimal Academy for all on-boarding and training materials. Recruitment and hiring for all field and administrative staff. Managed the recruitment and training process of all new hires. Organised and directed the monthly clinical meetings and annual workshops. Provided on-boarding and training for over 200 new hires.

In 2013, created The Kochi Tea Company while living in Bangkok, Thailand. Developed relationships with estate owners and created 12 tea blends for distribution in Dean & DeLuca.In 2018, purchased local cafe in Denver, Colorado. Remodeled, rebranded, developed and implemented processes and policies. Traveled to Central America to source single estate beans from independent growers. Recruited and trained team that manages all day to day operations. The Kochi Cafe serves premium coffee, tea and pastries.

Managed the process and review of new families admissions to Shanghai American School. Coordinated the educational records, transfers, tours, credits, classes, credentials, compliance and paperwork.

Private School DirectorTook over leadership of the school upon its ownership change.
