Quality Control/Due Diligence work for Devon Energy Production. I reviewed all closed files. Reviewed 30 Year title and the LTC reports for accurate ownership. Reviewed the Easements, and check requests. Reviewed Survey plats for correct Rod, Footage, permanent acreage, temporary acreage and ownership information.Reviewed Approved for Construction Drawings (AFC), and Preliminary Drawings. Reviewed Line list for correct landowner information, Construction stipulations, Land Stipulations such as; ingress/egress, abandonment clause, # of land rights, perpetual easement, assignment clause, above ground appurtenances, etc., Station numbers, correct footage, and Lessee information. Assisted with Permit applications.
