As an Accounting Manager, I am responsible for coaching a team of 4-5 Accountants to ensure excellence is delivered to each of our clients, both external and internal. This is accomplished by meeting with them on a frequent basis to discuss any questions or concerns they have along with providing valuable feedback on their performance. As part of this role I complete reviews of the monthly property financial reporting packages they prepare.
