One of my talents is creating order out of chaos, so I concentrate on implementing many of the ideas that our founders, Melanie and Gillian have, along with our network of change and transformation experts. I bring my expertise for operational planning, efficiency and attention to detail to my work. This gives me a wider variety of responsibilities including quality assessing course materials, trialling master classes, preparing the financial accounts, event planning, organising travel and invigilating exams.I love the energy and commitment to quality that we have at Capability for Change. Every day there is a new challenge, and we are always learning. We are all committed to helping our learners develop their skills and abilities, and I enjoy providing reassurance, signposting them to additional resources and making sure all their questions are answered.
