Business Operations Manager
CurrentManages all aspects of business development, contract management, event planning, customer relations, and scheduling. Effectively manage revenue (tuition, retail sales & service sales) and expenses (payroll, supplies, utilities) to achieve specified revenue and expense goals, and retail and service benchmarks. Manages the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the shift. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.• Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.• Manages the strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance, resolve problems; and address staffing needs.
