I am a purposeful, passionate, and outcome driven leader who strives to create opportunities for shared visioning and collaboration in order to maximize collective impact. My deepest commitment is to further inclusion and equity outcomes. I get to do this work with an incredibly talented, diverse team of committed facilitators/teachers/learners who create developmental spaces that allow personal, organizational and systemic work to be realized. I believe in emancipatory education that is lifelong, radically inclusive, knowledge building and highly engaging. I am always excited and humbled to share my experience and educational insights which are shaped by my community and civic engagement work, a Masters in education and a Ph.D. in leadership.
