My experience spans both practical application as well as software management throughout the Logistics and Manufacturing environment. As an employee at Rockwell International for over 20 years, I was able to gain experience in the logistics areas of sales, purchasing, and inventory management as well as specializing in manufacturing support in Production Operations. I was chosen to represent the user community in several ERP software applications, including SAP in 1994. As the project team member for Materials Management and Production Planning, I found myself enamored with SAP and wanted to continue to show others how SAP could assist in running their business better. I joined BVD, a small consulting firm in 1996 and participated in several implementations for Hi Tech Semiconductor companies before joining into SAP's Small to Midsize Partner program with Sigma Consulting. I continued to work project implementations covering Wholesale Distribution and Consumer Products companies before moving into Presales or Solution Engineering. Sigma Consulting grew and was acquired by Plaut and eventually IDS Sheer. In 2005, I returned to Southern California to join Ki Solutions; a startup reseller in Irvine, California. My role as Solution Director continued to grow. As Ki Solutions grew in both size and success, Idhasoft bought Ki Solutions and the growth pattern continued. Idhasoft became one of SAP's Partner of the Year and gained national presence amongst Resellers in the SME arena. In October 2015, I was offered the opportunity to come to Accely Group and work with the Executive Team to start the reseller model in the US. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with such a talented and successful group of individuals.
