I'm in charge of the roofing division of Honsador Lumber now officially known as Honsador Roofing Supply. I oversee all customer roofing sales, inventory, and procurement. I communicate with specialist in this field which include contractors as well as vendors. I specialize in procuring special order roofing material.

As a Project Engineer on my current Project , Kamakana Family and Senior Rental Housing, a State of Hawaii Affordable Housing Project . Multi Million dollar build consisting of 10 Residential Buildings, three stories high, 170 units and two community centers , I am one of four Project Engineers. My responsibilities include Procurement of Materials, Request for Information, Submittals, Negotiations , Selection of Subcontractors, NOC's, Change Requests, Change Orders and scheduling. I have learned to understand plans and do many of my own take offs. I'm required to use software that is industry standard for project engineers and managers. Of all of my responsibilities I have found Procurement to be my strength resulting in profitability for my company. What can I say ? I love my job. It's many facets are stimulating as well as challenging.

In this position I manage contractor builds from the ground up. I procure and supply a variety of building materials. I've maintained a lead sales position for several years.

I oversaw the daily operations of the company which included but where not limited to account management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, procurement of electronic devices and all services needed for the company i.e. advertising.
