Subject matter expert of Share Investing Banking Manila & Investment Lending process; Review & update procedure guides yearly or if needed to improve efficiencies; verify payments released from all Investment Lending accounts, & manages the queues of the team’s service workflow & group mailboxVerify monthly reports received from Account Services Managers for all wholesale clients as well as Alliances of Share Investing & process brokerage payments/ Invoices every first week of the monthResponsible in completing daily & monthly adhoc reports required by management such as transferring metrics of the team in database before End of Day; signed off checklist of tasks completed for the day as per Standard Level Agreement & Bank’s policy; prepare daily roll up tracker to ensure that productivity and utilization of the team are met based on a weekly plan; and participate in the fiscal year-end

Ensure timely & accurate processing of withdrawal/transfers (EFT/RTGS/TT/BPAY/ Cheque) & account closure for ANZ E*Trade Operations within bank policies, adherence to procedures & agreed timescales.Allocating deposits/dividends received from Investment Lending Accounts with thorough investigation for any unallocated items.Respond promptly to all relevant queries received from internal stakeholders/ customers in clear & concise manner. As well as liaising with banking institutions to trace cash transactions & banking dishonours.

Responsible for the professional reconciliation of transactions passed over to the Group's Accounts in line with standard level agreement and group policy. Ensure high quality, prompt and efficient matching of critical transactions, raise timely and cost effective investigation Prioritized clearance of high value items that may be exposed to significant risk and, ensure high level of responsiveness to customer Manage all transactions from incoming correspondence (Pay+, Swift, TLM, emails, phone enquiries) Responsible for daily processing of proposed match entries offered by the system; complex/multiple match of outstanding transactions.

Assist the Bancassurance Operations Head in monitoring Qualified Sales Lead, validating reports of Manulife Chinabank Life Assurance Corp. and accuracy of the Bancassurance incentives. Also facilitates in marketing the Bancassurance Promos to all Chinabank employees.
