• Assisted the President and CEO in all facets of the company. From hiring staff and executives to carrying out all Human Resources policies and issues. Responsible for keeping employee records and making sure that all files were up to date and in compliance.• Implemented and oversaw the procedures for delivering effective customer service. I applied a wide range of administrative concepts, laws, policies and practices. I ran a successful business with over 15 full time employees. Starting this company with only 2k dollars I successfully sold it in only 4 years. Represented clients filing for disability under SSA Title II , Title XVI and Title XVIII (Medicare.) Interviewed clients, reviewed medical records & built up a case to cross examine Vocational Experts and Medical Experts and hearings. Appealed if necessary at both Reconsideration level and/or requesting a Hearing before a US Administrative Law Judge. Researched laws that were pertinent to my clients and became familiar with all facets of the Social Security Administration (SSA.)

• Main Representative for the Harlingen and Brownsville offices. I interviewed, represented and cross examined claimants filing and appealing their Disability Title II , Title XVI & Title XVIII (Medicare) case before the Social Security Administration (SSA.) Represented my clients before US Administrative Law Judges & cross examined Vocational as well as Medical Experts at their hearing. • I oversaw two offices and managed a case load of approximately 400+ active clients with the help of 5 people which assisted me in building up a strong case. I reviewed applications & medical records being submitted to SSA. I researched laws that would apply to the case and presented several memorandums to the Office of Hearings and Appeals as well as the local SSA.

• Served 9 months on this temporary assignment during the transition of the Welfare Reform Act. I performed interviews and assisted customers with questions regarding their benefits. The questions ranged from Title II both retirement and disability and Title XVI -SSI/Medicaid to Medicare title XVIII issues.

• Assisted callers at the Auburn teleservice center in Auburn Washington with questions regarding their Social Security Issues ranging from Title II retirement/Disability. Medicare Title XVIII and Title XVI. I assisted claimants in filing for administrative appeals. I released information about their claims and provided referral services.
