Responsible for maintaining large colony of mutant and transgenic mouse models for the study of inherited developmental disorders involving the X chromosome. Duties included performing multiple molecular techniques such as DNA and RNA purification, PCR based genotyping, RT-PCR and Southern blot analysis. Also responsible for mouse embryo dissection and histology, biological sample inventory, radiation safety coordination and contributed data presented at international meetings.
