• Responsible for custodial paperwork, account opening and document maintenance. This includes monitoring and reconciling asset transfers and cost basis. • Work closely with the Wealth Advisory Group, custodians, and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) account manager. • Assist in process driven CRM system updates, which includes consistent collaboration with the Manager of Operations to ensure network client files are current and all tasks are completed.• Maintain positive/professional relationships with custodian (Schwab service team) and vendors on client paperwork communication, deposit/distribution requests, and problem-solving initiatives. • Provide phone and/or office coverage when necessary. • Ability to work in an environment where “no task is too small.”• Understand, support, and live the firm’s vision, mission, and values.At Domani Wealth, we listen, and we simplify.
