My name is Marlen Ramirez. I obtain my bachelors of science in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside. My excellent work ethic and passion to learn and challenge myself have me always strive to excellence. My diverse work in technology, law intern, medical intern, researcher, outreach organizer, financial assistant, lab assistant, tutor, and science and engineering mentor have proven my leadership and cooperation skills. My passion for innovative ideas and problem solving skills allow me to productively give results.I am currently part of an amazing Customer Operational team here at TowerJazz – one of the top Semiconductor industries in the Country serving a broad range of growing markets such as automobile, medical, industrial and aerospace and defense. I specialize in efficiently utilizing my resources to meet customer requirements. My primary functions are to properly manage backlog, meet operational expectations, be customer’s advocate within TowerJazz, obtain customer’s forecast each month, administer eBizz, coordinate with Account Managers for parametric and yield issues, reviewing help tickets activities, and creating weekly OOR reports. Every day I am exposed to a new challenge to solve.Outside of the office, I love to play sports preferably soccer and flag football or just having a nice run at the park or the beach. I enjoy traveling so when I have a chance I am out and about visiting a new Country. I also help first generation college students with college applications, FAFSA form, and financial aid inquiries.
