Through my 12+ years experience in customer success, I have worked with multiple SAAS companies, B2B and a couple of them being start ups. I have learned to master the art of building customer loyalty and retention. Managed to turn around client experiences everyday by staying on top of user experience, processes, known issues and upcoming features. All while also contributing to the development of processes and the product by providing feedback as to what works and doesn’t work for clients externally and customer service internally. I also always make sure to come through for my customers. I have experience in implementation quality, training clients to on how to use the software and how to take full advantage of the products they have invested in. I’ve build great relationships with business owners, administrators and employees. I strongly believe that in order to retain your customers and ensure customer satisfaction you must build trust. Clients don’t leave companies because they don’t like the service, they leave because they don’t TRUST that the service is right for them. Sometimes they just need someone like me to talk and walk them through the platform. Customers want someone to trust and that is where I come in. I am dependable, I take accountability, and ownership in everything I do. I am a hard worker and I am always willing to go above and beyond for each client. I set the right expectations and make them forget the wrong ones.
