I assisted the Vice President and the company's lawyer with contracts and following up on contractors to assure that they are compliant. We have contractors across Canada that we hire to do installations for Home Depot. Being bilingual I handled all calls and inquieries coming from Quebec. I was the major contact in the transfer of 100 contractors to a new back check company.

I was hired to re-organize an existing business and to add a new activity of Tree-Go. I worked with the French installers for the construction and the set up of the park in BC.

Administrator- Hired and trained staff of 30 empolyees in different departments, marketing and customer relations, accounting and inventory. I was responsible for adding on the new activity of Arbre Aventure www.arbreaventure.ca which doubled the company's revenue. Obtained grants to expand and re-organize the company.
