In charge of completing schedules for maintenance and housekeeping employees, using various Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook. I conduct daily phone calls for residents, their families, outside vendors and contractors. I implement and approve housekeeping, maintenance and IT work orders. I also process account information for residents as well as invoices.

In charge of ordering all inventory and menu for the restaurant. My job consisted of making sure employees closed the register correctly and all cash was accounted for.

Focus was to make sure customers were checked in and managed accounts to be up to date. I also processed cash and credit card payments, answered phone calls for guests and prospect customers.
