I provided administrative and medical support that requires the application, knowledge using multiple computers systems, and technical software such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access). Knowledge of Composite health care system, and Allied health longitudinal technology application (AHLTA), DMHRSI as well as our new Genesis software in making appointments, checking on labs orders, and inputting lab request. I performed a full range of administrative duties including patient registration, record keeping, disposition functions, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the clinic. Used variety of software programs to create database files, retrieve reports, statistical data, and rosters. Used CHCS automated system to schedule, document and record and track clinic/patient activities, coordinating appointment follow-ups contacts, notification to commander, soldiers, and family members. Knowledge of the various medical facility organizations policies and goals related to the detailed knowledge of the forms, documents and records required by procedures related to their preparation and handling.
