My time as CEO at Spotlight Events, Inc., a national touring dance competition, gave me extensive knowledge of how to manage and staff a touring show as well as produce great branded merchandise. My intricate knowledge of the management of every detail from the venue negotiations, to the travel and lodging for staff and crew, to the food selections to delight our guests, all the way to the main stage production, speaker coaching, message creation and audience engagement gives me a one-of-a-kind perspective on event production.  From Registration desks, to Swag Shops to Volunteer and crew management; special performances and vendor forums, I've mastered the art of executing a life-changing event.
