Responsible of the customer order management process: Coordinates and manages invoicing to customers and revenue recognition processes; follows up all customer orders from the time they are received until the proofs of delivery are given to account receivable personnel. Assuring the goods are delivered complete and on time to the customers while being aware and controlling distribution and warehousing expenses. Informs on a daily basis progress of sales and reports on a weekly basis all transactions in SAP to finance matched to the actual deliveries. Ensures FIFO procedure is followed up to guarantee inventory accuracy (SAP vs. Physical). Coordinates all other delivery requirements, such as product for sampling or tolling activities for Marketing and or Sales.
