At LifeStance Health, I provided extensive assistance to several medical providers such as scheduling, performing outbound calls, taking messages, transmitting emails to outside providers, and ensuring conflicts amongst each patient has been resolved. On a daily basis I answered a high influx of patients on the phone, email, or through our online patient services.

With this opportunity, I was able to wear many hats from Head Lifeguard to Swim Instructor, and Front Desk Manager. Every day, I encountered 50-100 clients that were interested in our programs and those that were already established that needed our assistance. I was entrusted with opening and closing the establishment daily, ensuring the facility was organized and ready for the daily operations.

This was a Seasonal Opportunity where I excelled in leadership roles of training new employees on the daily tasks such as proper safety surveillance of all areas of the pool and deck. On a daily basis, I assisted in managing 1,000-4,000 patrons per day at the facility and ensuring their safety. Traveled to different facilities when asked to assist when short in staff.

At this company, I excelled in all areas of conducting sales, completing customer transactions, and house keeping duties. I was able to become Cashier Specialist of the month for 9 months of out the year consecutively. I was able to achieve this since I completed the highest amount of transactions in a safe and timely fashion, sold an abundance of products through small presentations, promoted the most items when a customer supported our philanthropy, and received the highest rate in customer satisfaction surveys.
