Another example is the Master Schedulers to see when will the material can be released to ship or on any production delay and keep the customer informed and then Shipping to take care if it is been shipped according to customer requirements that all the special shipping instructions were followed. Since I handle National and International Customers working on all type of shipments (Air/Ocean) having as International Customer final destinations like Canada, Philippines, Guam, Puerto Rico Singapore among others I must work with Contracts in order to take care of the correct usage of the INCOTERM and that all its specifications are been followed also work on the Customs Paperwork arrangement, price calculation and all other inquiries that Customer might have.
