Responsible for coordinating and integrating activities across multiple functional lines, and managing stakeholder communications. Responsible for issue tracking and resolution and risk mitigation. Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team. • Assisted with CIP Version 5 (Critical Infrastructure Protection) Readiness program as defined by North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) on the IT Readiness project, to ensure compliance with the CIP Version 5 Standards. Worked to build new processes and/or enhance existing processes to be compliant with the standards. Analyzed data for audits and reviews to ensure that project produces the expected outcomes and evidence, failure to comply could result in substantial penalties, including potential fines of up to $1,000,000 per day. Coordinated project deliverables where dependencies exist across projects. • Participated in the Integrated Marketplace Program to transition the Regional Transmission Organization (RTO), from an Energy Imbalance Service (EIS) market to an Integrated Marketplace. Managed the project to update 50+ legacy applications’ code to support the Integrated Marketplace implementation. Provided weekly project updates to the Program Manager and management teams. Created status reports, documented and tracked risks, issues and action items. Delivered monthly presentations and written status reports to the membership committee. Coordinated the development of the testing approach from the test plans to the test execution.
