• Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy.• Implement and execute people strategy for client groups.• Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development and performance management.• Facilitate the development of managers in people and performance management.• Manage initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of key HR processes.• As HR Compliance Officer for the US, investigate, document, analyze and make recommendations for disposition of ethics complaints.• In conjunction with Legal, manage the review of HR policies for compliance with federal, state and local laws.• Provide guidance, advice, and training as subject matter expert to HR Services, HR BPs and TA regarding labor relations and compliance issues.• Manage other compliance matters as required, and stay current with laws, regulations and procedures governing HR compliance programs and share learnings.• Evaluate, coordinate and execute US immigration requirements/company policy and procedures in support of the organization's talent management strategy. Manage immigration matters for employee short- and long-term transfers and assignments.• Advise management and/or COEs in proper interpretation and administration of CBA and applicable policies for union groups. Participate in grievance process and collective bargaining negotiations, as required. • Lead US AAP (Affirmative Action Plan) Steerco, providing leadership and guidance on policies, processes, and practices to support the company’s affirmative action objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
