Marlene Canon joined RealPage in 2012 as an Engagement Manager. As an Engagement Manager, Marlene is responsible for managing strategic implementations across multiple global product centers for new and existing clients.  She has deployed over 100 projects representing thousands of apartment communities during her tenure.Marlene has held a variety of positions in the multifamily industry, both in software as well as in property management. During Marlene’s twenty five years in the industry, she has worked for property management companies such as AMLI Residential, Milestone Management, BH Management and Pace Realty. She also spent two years as a solution consultant for Yardi Systems. Prior to entering property management, she worked at Stewart Title where she was responsible for developing new commercial title business including multifamily, office, retail and hospitality transactions. Prior to Stewart Title, she negotiated multifamily dispositions for Bluebonnet Savings Bank and worked for CB Commercial in the multifamily brokerage division. Marlene attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she majored in Business/Real Estate. She is a past president of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and previously served as Treasurer to the Texas Apartment Association.Specialties: Project management, strategic business advisor, property management, initiative implementation, business development, acquisitions and due diligence.
