Ensured all components are 100% accounted and serviceability. • Managed maintenance on over 600 pieces of equipment, completed over 1,500 work orders, ordered over 3,800 parts, performed over 500 unscheduled maintenance repairs, conducted over 530 scheduled services, 300 technical inspections and dispatched over 3,300 pieces of equipment.• Revised a Family Readiness Group (FRG) Program for the Soldiers and spouses. The program provided training to the families to help ease the transition the deployment. The FRG created and supplied distressed lending closet for the needy families. • Oversaw the merge of two medical facilities without the decrease in medical treat and services. • Supervised the management of the food service operations for dining facility and external food service support.
