Supported Twitter’s Safety team and worked with with the platforms Spanish and Portuguese markets to ensure that users on the platform were adhering to Twitter’s safety policies. As a high performer, I surpassed the weekly target goals and closed over 500 cases a week.

Interviewed clients to identify if they qualified for asylum and helped them fill out legal documents and applications.Under the supervision of legal lawyers I composed declarations for multiple clients who were seeking asylum for political, religious, LGBT, or group affiliated reasons. In addition, I translated Spanish written documents to English and vice versa for lawyers to present to the client and the court. Worked with a psychologist and served as an interpreter during client sessions. The clients were often indigenous people from South America who only spoke Mum or very little Spanish.
