Senior Director, Publishing And Marketing
CurrentCoach, direct, motivate, and develop a team of publishing and marketing professionals, including content specialists, editors, freelance writers, designers, and website strategists, toward organizational goals. Direct all aspects of the association’s print and digital publishing strategy. Print and digital publications include: Staffing Success magazine; Staffing Today, a daily enewsletter; Staffing Law digest; ASA for You newsletter; and Staffing Professional Catalog. Negotiate contracts with printers and other vendors; manage freelance writers and designers; conduct editorial review of all content; write headlines; direct infographics; review proofs; manage and develop budgets; and collaborate with executives to develop strategic content and marketing materials. Direct comprehensive marketing initiatives and campaigns for the association’s high-profile events and offerings. Scope includes direct-mail pieces, email and social media campaigns and advertising, and print/digital programs and mobile applications that support membership recruitment and retention, industry safety programs, certification and continuing education, research studies, webinars, virtual events, and more.
