CurrentTai Chi for Health is a modernised version of traditional Chinese tai chi - a slow flowing form of exercise. The Tai Chi for Health program was developed by Chinese born, Australian trained doctor and tai chi expert Dr Paul Lam.It offers a range of easy-to-learn, safe and gentle movement sequences that can have health benefits for all - but were specifically designed for people with conditions such as arthritis and diabetes. A growing body of research is showing benefits including:• Reducing the pain of arthritis• Improving balance and preventing falls• Relieving back pain• Reducing stress and improving wellbeing.The Tai Chi for Energy program is designed to improve your health and wellness, internal energy, and the ability to manage stress. It is more vigorous than program in the Tai chi for Health and slightly more challenging to learn.
