Optimize the user experience for applications for financial advisor and investor clients. These applications varied between thick-client or thin (web) applications, third-party UI integration, report producing applications and most recently for mobile. Instrumental in early requirement gathering through the facilitation of focus groups, user interviews, surveys and the creation of personas.
