SAP transformation program: Owned data deliverables by validating the integrity of the data so that Release Planning & Engagement has clean information to make good decisions. In 2007 managed 350 projects and created the Release Quick Start recipe: Lead for the development & deployment of a consolidated list of tools, forms and processes for Release Planning & Engagement a SAP project would likely need when requesting to land in the SAP environments. This provided Project Managers a 1 stop reference guide to land within the SAP transformation program, instead of spending hours bouncing around looking for the information. It was so well received she partnered with the PMO office to integrate the quick start release guidelines for SAP & Non-SAP. Publication of the quick start release guidelines into PLC standard processes checklist identified release items by PLC phase, so to integrate into the standard processes by PLC phase.

Business Analyst and Project Mgmt for Enterprise Release Engagement, managing the Release Planning Master Schedule for all major software changes to SAP and related Enterprise Applications. Facilitated the progression of projects through the release planning process. Primary contact managing the relationship between Enterprise Release Planning and TQR Release Services. Responsibilities included but not limited to 1) Coordination and Coaching Project Managers and Release execution teams through the release planning process, 2) Creation of the Release Planning Master Schedule based on input from the project managers, 3) Management of the Release Planning tools (ITG, web sites, templates, documentations and training material), 4) Ownership of the workflow processes, 5) Release Planner for TQR 6) Upgrade and Align Release Planning with other ISTG initiatives (i.e. OpMax, TQR, KTBR early engagement) to achieve a balance between business process and applications efficiencies that enable common processes.
