High-energy, results-oriented leader with a visionary attitude.My broad-based background with non-profits, public relations, information technology, financials, and marketing, allows a wider cross application of disciplines that can be utilized in creation of projects or enhancing those already in place.Marketing: As a Marketing Director for a non-profit organization, I increased the amount of information available to the public as well as promoting a more professional look to all printed material. Promotions increased in all media including radio psa's, television and movie theatre spots. I also introduced and managed their first website and email system. Membership and employment increased and our facilities doubled from two to four. I managed and promoted specialized children's programs with the help of staff and volunteers, worked with seniors and supervised a dozen part-time staff.Financial: Serving as a Clerk-Treasurer for a municipality for four years, I managed a $2 million budget and have processed payroll, AP and AR in other organizations as well.Information Technology: Creation of websites using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Joomla CMS and worked with Access and SQL databases. Writing: Freelance and ghostwriting has provided opportunities to edit a book, Gotnophobia, currently available on Amazon, and ghostwrite a second book for the same author. I am currently working on a fiction manuscript and several smaller pieces for publication.The Arts: My appreciation of the art(s) world has been life long. I am a professional artist dealing mostly in portraits and began painting at the age of 10. Vocalizing began around the same age. I have been performing solo and with groups for several years. After three years of vocal coaching, I auditioned for and was accepted into the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Chorus and enjoyed performing with them over the course of 17 years. All these, in combination or alone, provide practical experience in any situation.
