Launched my career with State Farm as a Records Clerk in 1983. Climbed the corporate ranks working as a Personal History Interviewer, Policy Administration Assistant, Sr. Compensation Bookkeeper, Customer Service Coordinator, Homeowner underwriting dept, Fire Claims Processor and then finally spent my last seven years with State Farm as a Claim Processor working on Auto Claims and Auto Subrogation.Accomplishments: • Had a successful collection of over $225,500.00, as a result, the Fire Claim Subrogation saw significant subrogation growth during the five years that I was there. • Had a successful collection of over $178,000.00 from working with various attorney’s, court ordered restitution’s, and through our arbitration process. • Featured in a State Farm magazine article “Why We’re Different” due to an outstanding customer service story about the service I provided.
