Providing comprehensive education and outreach programs throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area, along with offering vital crisis intervention services for survivors of sexual assault and abuse. I regularly conduct up to six presentations a day about 35-60 minutes each to 20-40 students, averaging four days a week, covering critical topics such as Healthy Relationships, Sexual Harassment, Supporting Survivors, Sexual Assault, and Consent. Maintaining accurate records is reflected in my swift and precise data entry of presentations. Over the past year, I've connected with and educated over 9,100 unique individuals, both adults and children, totaling more than 200 hours of speaking engagements. Notably, I delivered my largest presentation to an audience of over 800 students. Assisted in script management and volunteer training. Chair of Legislative Advocacy Committee.

Assists Sumner Academy’s high school Speech Team by coaching speech events with a focus on programs and interpretation. I have coached 70+ students to improve speech performances and scripts. I have coached multiple out-round performers at CFL and NSDA, including a CFL finalist. Judged over 40 tournaments (including NSDA Prelims and Finals, AFA-NST Prelims and Finals, CFL, NIETOC, qualifier tournaments, and regular season tournaments).

DEBATE-Kansas City (DKC) is the local Kansas City Urban Debate League. Manage DKC's social media accounts of more than 1.1k followers. Work with staff and faculty members to create quarterly newsletters, grant proposals, highlight posts, and stay in constant communication with local and national businesses and organizations (NAUDL, NFHS, NSDA, NCFL, etc.) to drive engagement, boost donations, and increase overall public visibility of the urban debate league.

Provide support throughout the district by subbing for High School Teachers. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom. Punctual and responsible for executing lesson plans. Provided assistance to students for a variety of courses.

2022 HE[ART]LAND Fellowship art workshop focused on Houselessness and homelessness. Wrote a children’s book on Alternative Living for the fellowship, set to be published in Fall 2022. In addition, I co-created, wrote, and acted in a two-act comedy play about homelessness in Kansas City. Worked with Artists Helping the Homeless and the Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness to inform artistic works.

Three sections of AMETH 160: Introduction to American Ethnic Studies (150+ students)Communicated course expectations to students to ensure learning outcomes. Scheduled and created assignments to further learning goals. Adjusted assignments based on current affairs and students’ interests. Graded assignments in an accurate and timely manner.

Managed KSU communication studies department social media accounts. Worked with co-manager, staff, and faculty members to create newsletters, posts, and videos to drive engagement.
