Currently work underneath and in conjunction with the Director of Client Services and the Account Director on anywhere between 4 and 6 clients, paid and pro-bono, at any given time. Responsibilities range from administrative to strategic to project management and beyond, as well as many things in between. - Manage the social media accounts of one of our top clients with over 28,000 fans on Facebook, 5,000 on Instagram, and 1000 on Twitter. This includes writing the majority of copy and developing the content of 25-30 posts per month for 5 - 6 months and counting. This requires balancing a client and KW creative team approval process all within the scope of 30 day calendar breakdowns. Further responsibilities include; responding to fans/followers questions/comments/concerns, posting daily(across all three channels), providing and creating monthly analytics breakdowns for client viewing, and consistently looking towards ways to improve clients social space.- Edit proposals for projects, retainers, and partnerships between client, potential or current, and KW. - Work directly with producers/art buyers to build shoots under budget constraints, while meeting the requirements of the client under the scrutiny of their consultancy firm. - Working between Art Director, client, and retouching firm on multiple rounds of retouching on multiple shoots, relaying feedback, and managing difficult/short timelines. - Built and manage a new business prospecting system of collecting contacts, through the use of Linkedin or other means, and creating a directory of potential and future clients. - Worked in Mail Chimp for a semi-regular e-blast to new business prospects and friends of the company. This mostly included managing the list of people we were reaching out to, communicating with the creative team on direction/design, setting up the campaign, and analyzing the results. - Develop and plan social media content for KW as client, and posted daily/weekly for the page.
